ELECTRIC DEADBOLT

The electric deadbolt is designed for concealed mounting in areas where conventional locks do not fit. A mounting depth of only 1-5/8” and the ability to install in door or frame regardless of position, make the 1300 the obvious choice for difficult installations. The lock is silent, rated continuous duty, and fail-safe. Not recommended on wood door/frame installations or to be used with panic devices.

Key Features:

• Fail Safe: Bolt extends only when power is applied and lock is energized.
• Interruption of power causes the bolt to automatically spring retract.
• Narrow 1-5/8” Backseat: Compact design allows for installation where most deadbolt locks cannot.
• Silent: No buzzing when energized.

ELECTRIC STRIKE

These Electric Strikes are universally adaptable to suit all door and frame types and accommodate most locking devices with up to a 3/4” latch projection.

MAGLOCKS

These maglocks come in a full size 1200 lbs.as well as 1500 lbs. holding force electromagnet. It is designed for life safety and high security on rated or non rated doors and frames

Key Features:

• Internal wiring compartment includes built-in circuit board attached to access cover to provide a convenient, plug in, concealed area for wiring connections. Low power consumption conserves energy, reduces operation cost, and extends battery backup time. A totally plated coil and armature provides protection against corrosion.

EXIT SENSOR BAR

The Exit Sensor Bar offers immediate “no prior knowledge” egress by pushing on the bar at any point, with 15 Lbs. or less pressure. A light touch is all that is required to activate one or both internal optical sensors designed to detect an exit attempt. A built-in mechanical switch is also included as a redundant back-up release.

• Optical sensing electronics controlling lock and signal functions have no moving parts to wear out. Three standard bar lengths are offered - bar may be field or factory cut to suit special applications (See CLC Option) Bar may be activated by anything - human touch, briefcase, cane, wheelchair, etc. will activate the 6451. Ideal for ADA compliant installations.

REQUEST TO EXIT

These High Visibility Push plates are the next generation of exit controls. With a variety of lighted signage options, they integrate the latest in electro luminescent technology with a heavy duty push plate. Available with either pneumatic time delay (PTD), momentary, or alternate-action switches.
